Ø To sensitize the teachers towards the
needs , interest and problems of the students.
Ø To facilitate acquisition of new
knowledge in their subjects of specialization and to provide them
with a broad understanding of current
problems and trends pertaining to it.
Ø To promote awareness and provide
assistance in acquiring new competencies of effective
teaching.
Ø To strive for desirable attitudinal
